Starting by importing existing plans or by quickly and easily creating an automatically timed schedule, LCM Digital enables the control of tasks and documentation of progress and construction progress. Smart data management keeps everyone involved up to date and strengthens communication, feedback cycles and collaboration as a team.
As a control center, LCM Digital brings together scheduling, construction management and trades on a single platform and allows information to flow between the parties involved.
Right at the start of the project, planning and execution connect in real time. As a team, they collaboratively define the project structure, work areas, and process sequences on the Whiteboard. Using the Takt Planning Feature they create an optimally takted, stable schedule.
The Dailyboard generated from the schedule builds the heart of site manangement. Managers coordinate tasks and trades document progress via the Mobile App. LCM Digital streams all the information back to the Dailyboard and all parties keep an overview.
With LCM Digital, project and construction managers save the time-consuming consolidation of project data. The Dashboard creates transparency and transforms all information into key performance indicators. Problems and deviations are quickly identified and those responsible can react in time.
